Delegate pre-registration ends: 2 October 2015

Payment: Delegate fees can be paid by Bank Transfer, VISA, Solo or Master Card or by Cheque from UK Bank. Barclays Bank Exchange rates will apply to foreign currency payments.

Admission: Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates who have failed to pay the delegate fee prior to the forum.

For group registrations: 10% group discount offered when registering 3 or more delegates attending master classes and forum.

Early bird registration discount: When registering before 15 July 2015, 10% discount will apply. When registering group of 3 or more delegates before 15 July 2015 a combined 20% discount will be applied.

Gala Dinner: No discounts available.  Due to seating capacity restrictions registered delegates have priority when purchasing tickets for Gala Dinner.

Student discounts: up to 50% discretionary discount may be offered to full time students and academicians.

Master class delegate fee: includes admission to all master class sessions; master classes hand-outs; luncheon; coffees; admission to welcome drinks on 6 October; use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English); complimentary admission to MINEX Russia Mining Club events until 1 October 2016.

Forum delegate fee: admission to all forum sessions on 7 and 8 October; admission to drinks reception on 7 October; bag with forum materials; luncheons, coffees; use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English); complimentary admission to MINEX Russia Mining Club events until 1 October 2016.

Gala Dinner fee: includes admission to the Gala Dinner on 8 October; unreserved seat at the dinner table; show during the dinner.

Russian travel visa: If you require visa to enter Russian Federation please allow at least 1 week for visa application processing. For more information please check with your local Russian consulate or contact Reisebuero WELT –  official travel operator of the forum: http://www.reisebuero-welt.com

Hotel accommodation: Preferential hotels rates will be offered by Reisebuero WELT – official travel operator of the forum. For more information, please check offers 

TERMS OF BOOKING: 

Booking confirmation: You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration form. Please call us on

Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing before 1 October 2015 will be subject to administration charge of £65 GBP. Full conference fees are payable in the event of cancellation on 1 October 2015 or thereafter. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time free of charge (providing the delegate has Russia entry visa).

Taxes and charges: UK VAT is not applied to payments made to the UK account. Payments made to the account in Russia will be subject to Russian tax, Bank commission charges and Exchange rates. All credit card payments are subject to 3% surcharge. AMEX card payments are not accepted
